A: For external windows we use the reach-and-wash pole system, which cleans frames and sills at the same time at no extra charge. For internal windows we use the traditional dolly and rubber blade method. Our staff are also IPAF-trained for cherry picker use on commercial and domestic sites where needed.

Q: How often should I get my windows cleaned?

A: Most residential and commercial customers have their windows cleaned every 6 weeks, though some opt for a 12-weekly clean. We’ll recommend a frequency based on your property’s location and exposure to dirt.

Q: How much notice do you need for a window cleaning booking?

A: We run window cleaning rounds across Reading and the surrounding areas on a 6-week rota, so waiting times can range from a couple of days to 6 weeks depending on your area and where we are in the round.

Q: Do you do one-off window cleans?

A: While we prefer regular 6 or 12-weekly cleaning for the best results, we can arrange a one-off clean if that’s what you need.

Q: Will the same person clean my windows every visit?

A: We aim to send the same operative to your property on each visit, though this may occasionally change due to annual leave or sickness.
